Jamaican men love Christmas. They love food and good vibes in general and Christmas is the perfect time for this.

No matter what he says, a Jamaican man expects to get a Christmas gift.

This is a sure fire way to reach his heart. Yep they have those too.

Xmas and the Jamaican man

October 21, 2009

Xmas means food, friends and family to a Jamaican man

And the ultimate Xmas is one that is spent in Jamaica with food, friends and family

Knowing this, never be a surprised if you meet a Jamaican man who wants to be home for Xmas.

Be weary of theĀ  Jamaican man who has no desire to spend Xmas eating or drinking sorrel, or seeing his friendsĀ  or visiting his family.

Jamaican men have  codes of conduct. The most important is that of respect.

Respect is given and expected, otherwise there is no basis for any relationship -  personal,

financial or emotional.

Belly laugh

October 8, 2009

Jamaican men love to laugh. Not just any laugh but deep down belly laughs. The type of laugh that would bring tears to the eyes of any man.

Sometimes a Jamaican man will buss a laugh for seemingly strange reasons. Like on seeing his friends he might laugh out of sheer joy.

The heart of a changed man

October 2, 2009

Every Jamaican man can change. Though for some it is only the blood of Jesus that can change them.

The key to change is that it must be geniune as no one likes a hypocrite. Change must come from within and not without.

Outside factors can cause a person to change, but the change should be from the heart.

So it is not that a Jamaican man cannot change. He will change when he is ready. But that could be now, tomorrow or in the next life.

The question then becomes – Can you love him for who he is today? Or is your mission to change him ?

September 29, 2009

Probably the best way to love a Jamaican man is to let him be.

Let him be who he wants to be.

And you too will discover who you are.

Trying to change him is almost futile.

Children are the world

September 9, 2009

Jamaican men love their children

But not only their children

But all children

For they believe children are a blessing

And the future belongs to them

To love a Jamaican man

July 27, 2009

You would have to learn to get to know him from inside. Outside you see the bling but inside his heart is where you find the real ‘ting.
